The Old Swimming Hole
(Click on any picture below to enlarge it)
Over on the California side of Lake Havasu, there is a
secluded place the locals in the know call The Old Swimming Hole. After
traveling south on State Highway 95, we crossed the Parker Dam on our way to get
there.

As members and their families arrived, the water was an
inviting place on this hot summer day.

As the afternoon progressed, hunger took over and our chef
Dearyl fired up the BBQ and cooked tri-tip steaks for everyone. The pot-luck
dishes were consumed and it was time for everyone to get back into the water.

Can you think of a better way to spend a hot summer day?
